"Train the Trainers" Program
August 17-19, 2012
Pioneer Camp & Retreat Center, Angola, NY

What: This weekend long event will introduce leaders to the “Harvest the Power” Leadership Development Curriculum from the Tapestry of Faith.  Participants will be “trained” to train others to lead this powerful curriculum in a congregational setting.  For more information about the program visit the CERG Harvest the Power page.

Who: The ideal candidates for this training are experienced congregational leaders, ministers and religious educators. All participants will need to submit an application and a letter of support (download word file, pdf file) from their congregation, affirming that they have the experience and the commitment to effectively facilitate future trainings.

The Twist: All participants will be expected to “pay it forward,” by participating in one local “Harvest the Power” training event in their local geographical cluster

When: August 17-19, 2012, Friday 7pm to Sunday, 3pm. Full participation is required.  

Where: Pioneer Camp & Retreat Center, 9324 Lakeshore Road, Angola, NY 14006 (On the Lake Erie shore SW of Buffalo, NY). www.pioneercamp.org  (scroll down for drive times)

Cost: $175 covers room, meals, and materials ($150 for Full Fair Share congregations).  $25 additional for late registration (after 7/31/2012). Because of our advance expense commitments, we cannot guarantee refunds for withdrawal after 8/3/2012. Refunds will be considered after conference costs have been met.

Rooms: Double occupancy rooms with hallway bathrooms. Private room - $100 additional cost. Commuters are offered a discount of $25.
