Below are the videos from the two Powerful Pathways to Membership workshops sponsored by the Central East Regional Group. We have video of both of the workshops (in sections). Powerpoints and handouts are available in our On Demand Learning Center in the Membership 102 class. #2052 - Powerful Pathways to Membership, Mid-sized Congregations ~ A congregation fosters an ongoing process as it integrates new members into the community’s story and faith journey. Congregations from the Central East Region will share how they have created various intentional ‘Pathways’ models to nurture everyone’s full participation and to promote growth in spiritual depth and—in turn—numbers. Includes Rev. Ken Beldon of Wellsprings Congregation and Rev. Suzanne Marsh and Bart Carpenter of Unitarian Church of Harrisburg. Each video is 5 to 7 minutes long.

#2063 - Powerful Pathways to Membership, Large Congregations ~ A congregation fosters an ongoing process as it integrates new members into the community’s story and faith journey. Congregations from the Central East Region will share how they have created various intentional ‘Pathways’ models to nurture everyone’s full participation and to promote growth in spiritual depth and—in turn—numbers. Includes Debra Boyd and Rev. Eric Meter of First UU Church of Columbus, OH and Mary Jones and Rev Kaaren Anderson of First Unitarian Church of Rochester, NY. Each video is 5 to 16 minutes long.
