CERG Programs

The Central East Regional Group has several programs our staff are working on to benefit our congregations.
  • Threshold Congregations

The Threshold Congregations program is a three year program for congregations who want to grow and develop their congregations. Each year applications are accepted for congregations interested in participating in the program.

  • UU Leadership Team Institute
The UU Leadership Team Institute is a leadership school for lay leaders that looks at congregational leadership in different tracks and lenses. Congregations are encouraged to send a team of leaders to the program each year, however, individuals are accepted. Current the program is being offered in long weekend programs in several different places around the region.
  • Healthy Congregations

These trainings are for congregational teams and most are offered in a cluster so clusters can share the experiences. The purpose is to learn about congregational health and strategies to improve and maintain a congregation's health. Trainings are offered in a variety of schedules and settings over several months to allow flexibility.

  • Harvest the Power
  • Goldmine Youth Leadership School

Goldmine is a unique Leadership School program for youth, offered around the region as a residential camp over 4-6 days.

  • CERG Relief Fund
